Are you an organised, proactive and commercially minded professional with a passion for sales, marketing and customer engagement?

EA Training is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to support the continued growth of our commercial training business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering industry-leading training solutions to the UK's electricity, utilities and infrastructure sectors.

Working closely with the Head of Training and colleagues across Commercial, Engineering and Product teams, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, delivering impactful marketing campaigns and ensuring our customers receive an outstanding experience from enquiry through to course delivery.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of EA Training by coordinating sales activities, delivering marketing campaigns and helping generate new business opportunities. You'll play a key role in promoting our products and services, maintaining high-quality customer data and supporting events that strengthen our presence in the market.

Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Engineering and Product teams, you'll help deliver an excellent customer experience while contributing to business growth.

  • Support business development activities and help generate new sales opportunities
  • Maintain Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot and Dante with accurate customer, opportunity and forecast information
  • Monitor sales enquiries and ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and other sales documentation
  • Produce sales reports and pipeline updates to support business planning
  • Manage and update company social media channels and online content
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters and promotional activities
  • Update website content and marketing collateral to ensure information remains current
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Organise and support product training, exhibitions, webinars and company events
  • Coordinate event logistics, invitations and promotional materials
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering and Product teams to support campaigns and customer opportunities
  • Assist with tender responses, presentations and customer communications

What we'll need from you:

  • Experience in sales support, marketing or business development
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing social media channels and supporting marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong customer service skills with a proactive, commercial mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams

Desirable:

  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot and Dante
  • Graphic design or digital marketing software experience
  • Experience organising exhibitions, training events or webinars
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation
  • Understanding of EA Training products or the training sector
