This is an exciting opportunity to join our team based in Consett, County Durham in a role that’s exciting, dynamic and varied!
More about the role:
We are looking for a commercially minded Sales & Marketing Executive to join our UK team. You will be responsible for a portfolio of well-known international leisure vehicle brands, including Bürstner, Carado, Dethleffs, Eriba, Etrusco, Hymer, Laika, Niesmann+Bischoff, and Sunlight.
This position sits within a collaborative, close-knit marketing function and offers you the chance to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns, working across digital, social media, and high-profile industry events.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns across multiple brands within the UK and Ireland.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Managing social media activity (primarily Meta platforms), including paid campaigns
- Localising global brand content for the UK market
- Working closely with sales, account management, and brand teams to align campaigns with commercial objectives
- Managing campaign budgets and tracking ROI/performance
- Coordinating with agencies, retailers, and media partners
- Supporting retailer marketing activity and engagement

Experience / Skills:
This role would suit a proactive, organised, and commercially focused marketing professional who enjoys working across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Key requirements:
- Experience in a marketing role with strong exposure to campaign delivery
- Proven track record in social media management and digital marketing
- Ability to develop engaging, relevant content with strong copywriting skills
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data and campaign performance
- Experience managing multiple projects or brands simultaneously
- Confident stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Marketing or business-related degree

This role involves UK and occasional international travel; a valid driving licence is required.
Desirable:
- Experience in a consumer or lifestyle brand environment
- Exposure to retail or dealer-led sales channels
- Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign reporting tools
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM or broader digital marketing channels
