Sales & Marketing Executive – Flora Professional
Location: Southwark, London (Hybrid)
About the Position
Help bring Flora Professional to life by connecting great brands, culinary expertise, and customer experiences across the UK Foodservice market.
This is an exciting opportunity to build your career across both Sales and Marketing within Flora Professional. Working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and Sales Controller, you'll play a key role in bringing our brands to life across the Foodservice market. From supporting trade promotions and customer activations to managing digital campaigns, product launches, and customer relationships, you'll gain broad commercial experience across one of the fastest-growing areas of the business.
You'll also work alongside our Culinary team, helping showcase Flora Professional products through customer events, trade exhibitions, product sampling, and marketing activities that inspire chefs, operators, and foodservice customers.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop across both commercial sales and marketing.
Your Mission
Support Sales Growth
- Work closely with the Sales team to support customer onboarding, maintain accurate commercial data, process accruals, and provide day-to-day account support.
- Build relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to introduce more of the Flora Professional portfolio.
Bring Marketing to Life
- Support trade promotions, wholesaler activations, digital campaigns, and customer events that strengthen our brands across the Foodservice market.
- Help ensure marketing activity is delivered on time, on brand, and with maximum impact.

Champion Culinary Excellence
- Partner with our Culinary team to support product demonstrations, trade shows, customer events, and sampling programmes.
- Help bring our products to life by showcasing their performance, functionality, and application in professional kitchens.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Support
- Manage marketing assets, product samples, trade materials, and customer collateral while ensuring product information remains accurate across digital platforms, eCommerce sites, and customer systems.
Collaborate Across the Business
- Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Culinary, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, customer needs are met, and every interaction reflects the Flora Professional brand.
What Does It Take to Be Successful?
- Some experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or a similar commercial support or coordination role.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is desirable, although relevant experience is equally valued.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- Experience using digital marketing tools, social media, or content management platforms would be advantageous.
- A willingness to learn across Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and customer engagement.
- A proactive, positive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and get involved wherever support is needed.
- A genuine interest in food, brands, and helping customers create great culinary experiences.
