Fast Food Systems Limited is a family-owned business established in 1973, specializing in quick service restaurants and fast food franchising. The company manages several well-known brands, including Southern Fried Chicken, SFCeXpReSS, AJ’s Piri Piri, and Piccolo Pizza. Fast Food Systems also created the Vizu brand, which focuses on space- and energy-efficient equipment designed to hold food for extended periods while maintaining quality, moisture, and temperature. Role Description

The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Woodley. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that promote Fast Food Systems’ brands and equipment solutions to existing and new customers. Daily activities include:

The Sales Marketing Manager will analyze market trends, track performance metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, franchisees, and key accounts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align product messaging, improve customer experience, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and account management skills, with experience in developing sales pipelines and closing opportunities.
  • Marketing expertise, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and promotional strategy across multiple channels.
  • Digital marketing capabilities, such as social media management, email marketing, and basic analytics for performance tracking.
  • Customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and present solutions clearly.
  • Experience in or strong interest in the foodservice, hospitality, or quick service restaurant sector is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Woodley, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proficiency with standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and comfort with using CRM or marketing platforms.
