We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing key client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will oversee both sales and marketing functions, aligning commercial strategy with business objectives while leading and supporting a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development activities, focusing on Air, Sea, and Road freight solutions, as well as contract logistics/warehousing.
  • Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio, strengthening long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct high-level client meetings and presentations, providing tailored logistics and transport solutions based on specific client needs.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and market penetration strategies across all transport modes.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities in the global logistics sector.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Lead, coach, and support the sales team, ensuring they have a deep understanding of multi-modal transport solutions.

  • Proven experience in Sales & Marketing within the logistics industry is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in Air, Sea, and Road freight sales.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in Warehousing/Storage sales is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to complex logistics requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage high-level client expectations.
