Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Qualify applicants, identify their needs, and showcase suitable properties
- Proactively create opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our expansive database
- Cross-sell between other JOHNS&CO branches and our extensive New Homes offerings
- Work as a team to meet annual sales targets
- Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients

Who We’re Looking For
We seek candidates with:
- Proven experience in residential sales—a demonstrable track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Knowledge of the London property market
- Proactivity and tenacity
- Target-driven mindset—ability to meet and exceed key KPIs (calls, viewings, offers, and sales)
- Strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation
- Commitment to exceeding client expectations
- Valid driving licence (essential)
