Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

  • Qualify applicants, identify their needs, and showcase suitable properties
  • Proactively create opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our expansive database
  • Cross-sell between other JOHNS&CO branches and our extensive New Homes offerings
  • Work as a team to meet annual sales targets
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients

Who We’re Looking For

We seek candidates with:

  • Proven experience in residential sales—a demonstrable track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Knowledge of the London property market
  • Proactivity and tenacity
  • Target-driven mindset—ability to meet and exceed key KPIs (calls, viewings, offers, and sales)
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation
  • Commitment to exceeding client expectations
  • Valid driving licence (essential)
