Location: Pontcanna
Salary: Competitive basic salary plus commission (Realistic OTE £30,000+)
Job Type: Full Time | Permanent

We're continuing to grow, with exciting opportunities across our business, including our expanding presence across Cardiff.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team and help deliver the outstanding service that Hern & Crabtree has become known for.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with estate agency experience who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to develop their career within an established independent business.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers successfully move home, managing relationships, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion.

Responsibilities
- Conducting property viewings
- Managing buyer enquiries
- Negotiating offers
- Progressing agreed sales
- Building strong client relationships
- Supporting valuation opportunities
- Delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Has at least one year's estate agency experience
- Is confident, personable, and proactive
- Has excellent communication skills
- Enjoys working towards targets
- Is highly organised and self-motivated
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
