Sales Negotiator – Full-Time (Permanent) at Thornley Groves
Welcome to Thornley Groves, where property is done personally. As part of Lomond, the UK’s leading network of lettings and estate agencies, we pride ourselves on having 10 offices and a team of over 170 staff dedicated to helping customers find, sell, and let their property.
We’re excited to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator in Didsbury, with a realistic basic salary plus commission in the range of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will handle a variety of important tasks, including:
- Registering buyers & applicants on our electronic database.
- Scheduling accompanied viewings and engaging effectively with clients.
- Processing inbound leads from various property portals.
- Providing constructive and informative feedback to vendors.
- Generating and negotiating offers to secure sales and lettings agreements.

Person Specification
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Previous sales experience (a definite advantage).
- Natural at selling—your ability to connect with people matters most.
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Articulate and a strong negotiator.
- Familiarity with estate agency work would be beneficial but is not essential.
