Full Job Description

SALES NEGOTIATOR

Location: Iver, Buckinghamshire (with occasional cover in Hounslow)
Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 basic, depending on experience
OTE: £60,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm, alternate Saturdays 10.00am to 4.00pm (Bank Holidays off)

Are you an experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator who thrives on winning instructions, progressing sales and delivering exceptional customer service?

Our client is a well established, ambitious independent estate agency with a strong reputation across West London and Buckinghamshire. They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team, someone who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and seeing transactions through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment where teamwork, energy and a proactive approach are genuinely valued.

The role

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from valuation through to completion, whilst delivering an outstanding experience for both buyers and sellers.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
  • Register applicants and match buyers to suitable properties
  • Conduct accompanied viewings
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
  • Manage sales progression through to exchange and completion
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, buyers and sellers throughout the transaction
  • Deliver regular vendor updates and provide market feedback
  • Generate new business through canvassing and relationship building
  • Lead and contribute to morning meetings and daily performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation and company procedures
  • Resolve issues professionally whilst managing client expectations

About you

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • A minimum of four years' residential estate agency sales experience
  • Experience carrying out property valuations and winning instructions
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful pipeline
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building ability
  • A stable employment history demonstrating commitment and consistency
  • A proactive, self motivated and team focused approach
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Your own ULEZ compliant vehicle
  • Good local knowledge of the Iver, Hounslow or surrounding areas would be advantageous
  • Experience using Alto CRM would be beneficial, although training can be provided.
