Role Summary
A 40-hour (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) permanent position based in West Bromwich, this Sales Negotiator role involves:
Key Responsibilities

Customer relationship management:
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of client relationships.
- Ensure engagement through proactive communication.

Sales & Negotiation:
- Generate and submit customer quotes.
- Closely follow up on quoted leads to drive conversions.

Supplier Liaison:
- Work with suppliers to secure the most competitive terms for customers.
- Optimise deal pricing and product availability.

Customer Service:
- Handle client queries across phone, email and, where applicable, in-person.
- Deliver exemplary service at the trading counter.
Key Requirements
To thrive in this role, candidates should ideally possess:
- Relevant sales experience (essential).
- The ability to manage a customer account ledger efficiently.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Merchant industry background (desirable but not essential).
