Sales Negotiator / Trainee

Our client is a well-established, family run estate agency based in the heart of Old Isleworth and they are currently recruiting for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join their busy team!
Although some experience would be advantageous, our client is willing to train and develop an individual looking to start their career as a residential sales negotiator. In this case, to be considered you should have a sales or customer facing background and possess first class customer service skills.

Personal skill sets and attributes:
- Experience within a target driven sales environment
- Knowledge of local area would be beneficial
- Target driven and motivated individual

- Full UK driving licence and own car.

The salary package for this role will include a basic of up to £26,000 dependent on experience, with on target earnings set to be in the region of £35,000 to £50,000. A car allowance will also be provided.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. You will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 9am to 5pm, however, you will get a half day back in lieu when a Saturday is worked.
