What’s it like to be a Keyline Branch Sales Negotiator?
In this branch-based role, you’ll be a vital part of a hard-working, friendly team. You’ll be handling customer orders and enquiries by phone and email on a daily basis, whether from new or existing customers. It’s a fast-paced environment where building relationships is at the heart of everything we do—and there is no cold calling involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Expert: Most of our customers are regulars. You’ll build friendly relationships by giving great customer service and asking the right questions to link-sell other products they might need for their projects.
- Order Champion: You’ll handle enquiries with speed and accuracy, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full.
- Operational Support: You’ll hold a key role in the team, ensuring supplier deliveries are booked onto the system and customer invoice queries are dealt with efficiently.
- Safety First: You’ll champion our non-negotiable safety culture across every element of the role. Safety first, always.
