Property Sales/Lettings Consultant

Location: Dubai
Salary: Commission Only (High Earning Potential)

About the Role

Are you ambitious, driven, and looking for an exciting career in Dubai’s booming property market? Join our team as a Property Sales/Lettings Consultant and turn your passion for property into unlimited earning potential. You’ll work with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to create seamless property experiences, while building long-lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Market and promote properties to attract buyers and tenants.
  • Conduct property valuations and attend viewings.
  • Negotiate deals from viewing to offer stage.
  • Follow up with clients to provide exceptional service.
  • Stay up to date with Dubai’s property market trends and regulations.
  • Generate new business through networking and our company database.
  • Work closely with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, and other agencies to ensure smooth transactions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; a second language is a bonus.
  • Professional, presentable, and honest.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, hardworking, and self-motivated.
  • Smart business attire is required at all times.
  • UK or UAE driving license.
