Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring it consistently reflects the brand’s premium positioning
  • Registering and qualifying new buyers and sellers
  • Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Managing a strong pipeline of sales from enquiry through to completion
  • Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM systems
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and project deadlines.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 3-4 years minimum sales experience within property sales, proven track record of billing well.
