OTE: £30,000 Weekly and periodic valuation and activity bonuses on offer
We’re looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and fully support a forward-thinking independent estate agency, Oakwood Estates. As we expand on existing talent, we now seek an experienced Sales Representative to transition into the role of Sales Negotiator.

What You’ll Be Doing
The ideal candidate will need:
- Experience in residential property sales to excel in negotiations.
- A passion for winning business and delivering superior customer service in a business context.
- Tenacity, drive, and the ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating potential valuation appointments.
- Conducting viewings and driving offers.
- Improving touting systems.
- Listing and selling properties alongside ancillary services.
- Following up on new business leads.
- Achieving minimum exposure-based targets.

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record of success.
- Is committed and motivated at all times.
- Excels in strong written and verbal communication.
- Is highly organised, disciplined, and inward-looking.
- Can develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Puts authentic customer service above all else.
Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- 1 out of 2 Saturdays for cover
- 28 days paid holiday per year (including 8 bank holidays)
