Location: Cardiff (Heath, Pontcanna & potential opportunities in Llandaff)
Salary: Competitive basic salary plus commission (Realistic OTE £35,000+)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Sales Negotiators and Valuers to join our expanding Cardiff team.
Whether you're already carrying out market appraisals or you're an experienced negotiator ready to step into a more senior role, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a varied position where you'll be responsible for winning new business, building lasting relationships with clients and progressing sales from instruction through to completion.

Working both in the office and out in the local community, you'll become a trusted adviser to buyers and sellers while helping grow one of Cardiff's most respected independent estate agencies.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Conducting market appraisals and property viewings
- Winning new instructions
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the moving journey
- Building relationships with vendors, buyers and local clients
- Maintaining accurate records and following up on opportunities
Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least two years' estate agency experience
- Is confident carrying out valuations or ready to develop into the role
- Is motivated, personable, and commercially aware
- Enjoys building relationships with clients
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Holds a full UK driving licence (own vehicle preferred)
