Are you an experienced estate agency professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Sales Negotiator to join their successful property team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong valuation, negotiation and business development skills who thrives on building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive outreach
- Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and prospective clients
- Negotiate offers and support property sales through to completion
- Cross-sell additional services including mortgage advice and solicitor referrals
- Maintain and develop an active database of buyers and applicants
- Keep up to date with local property market trends and legislation
- Support junior team members and contribute to overall branch performance
- Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met
- Assist with marketing initiatives, property launches and local community engagement

What The Employer Is Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within estate agency
- Proven track record of delivering strong sales results and excellent customer service
- Confident valuer with strong negotiation skills
- Sound understanding of the property sales process and relevant legislation
- Experience in business development and target-driven environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
