Sales Negotiator
Sales Consultant
Location: Ocean Village, Southampton
Salary: Up to £28,500 OTE (including bonus)
Contract: Monday - Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM Every other Saturday: 9 AM – 1 PM
About the Role

This role is designed for career-driven professionals with estate agency experience. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused, spotlight-driven environment—driving growth and delivering outstanding results.
Job Summary & Key Responsibilities
An energising and dynamic position within a leading property company, this role offers a gateway to accelerate your estate agency career. Duties include:
- Identifying and capitalising on business opportunities to boost revenue.
- Marketing and managing property listings, coordinating viewings, and registering potential buyers.
- Providing exceptional customer service both electronically and in person.
- Meeting personal and branch sales targets to drive client conversion rates.
- Networking strategically with local developers and connecting new business.
- Facilitating seamless communication between vendors and clients, sharing critical information accurately.
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
- Ensuring accurate data entry for property updates and proactive digital engagement.
- Progressing client inquiries from initial viewing to successful sale closure.

Skills and Requirements
✔ Six months to one year of experience as a residential sales agent, with a proven track record in securing new business.
✔ Sales mentally, with an emphasis on converting inquiries into successful sales.
✔ Outstanding customer service skills—proven ability to retain loyal clients and partners.
✔ Strong phone presence, articulation, and professional communication skills.
✔ Negotiation and persuasion capabilities, with the resilience to push deals through to completion.
✔ Act as a self-starter with an assertive, proactive approach, prioritizing results over obstacles.
✔ Ability to build trust and nurture client relationships at all levels of engagement.
✔ Adaptable & proactive mindset, readily embracing new processes and changing market demands.
