New Homes Sales Negotiator - The Retreat, York

Applicants must have at least two years experience in New Homes Sales and/or Estate Agency (Sales).

Realistic OTE £45,000+

POSITION AND PAYMENT

POSITION: New Homes Sales Negotiator, based on our high profile heritage development in York. Full-Time (Initial contract for length of development with scope for continuation on future developments for the right candidate)

HOURS: Working 5 days a week, Thursday - Monday from 9:00am – 5:30pm (including weekend work) with overtime where required for holiday and sickness cover

PAYMENT: Starting Basic Salary is £26,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience) + commission + bonus. Realistic OTE £45,000+

We are looking to recruit an experienced Full-Time New Homes Sales Negotiator with the right skills, experience and attitude to provide exceptional service to our customers. This exciting new role will be based at our new high profile, landmark development in York.

Applicants must have experience in the property sector

  • New homes sales experience required (estate agency experience considered)
  • Conveyancing and sales escalation
  • Understanding of mortgage and finance
  • Off plan sales skills
  • Experience working with heritage properties

KEY COMPETENCES:

  • Excellent presentation & communication skills, service driven, positive, friendly and professional.
  • Flexible, adaptable to change, resilient under pressure.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of property sales process from reservation to completion.
  • Able to read sales plans, site plans, and understand 1-50 scale drawings.
  • Ability to check show homes and maintain required presentation standards.
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: OTE £45,000+ per year

Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
