📍 New Malden 💷 Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 💰 OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 🕒 Hours: 5-day week | Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm | Every other Saturday 9:30am-4:00pm with a day off in lieu

The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing buyers throughout the sales process while working closely with vendors to deliver outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting property viewings
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Matching buyers to suitable properties
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Generating new business opportunities
- Providing vendors with regular feedback and market updates
- Maintaining an accurate CRM database
- Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets
About You
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
- A proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A professional and well-presented appearance
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- A positive, proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
