📍 New Malden 💷 Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 💰 OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 🕒 Hours: 5-day week | Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm | Every other Saturday 9:30am-4:00pm with a day off in lieu

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing buyers throughout the sales process while working closely with vendors to deliver outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting property viewings
  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Matching buyers to suitable properties
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Providing vendors with regular feedback and market updates
  • Maintaining an accurate CRM database
  • Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets

About You

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
  • A proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A professional and well-presented appearance
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • A positive, proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
