Position Overview
As the EMEA Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our sales engine, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellence from order-to-delivery, across both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
Working across Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Planning, you’ll:
- Optimise order flow
- Resolve challenges swiftly
- Drive continuous process improvements
This role is ideal for detail-oriented, collaborative professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results through partnership and precision.
What You’ll Do
✅ Wholesale Operations
- Primary liaison for Sales, Finance, Logistics, and wholesale customers across EMEA.
- Order management: Entry to delivery with full precision (pricing, terms, timelines).
- Stock overview: Monitor inventory, fill rates, and shipment statuses—keep stakeholders updated.
- Proactive updates: Track and communicate on back orders, delivery schedules, and statuses.
- Reporting: Generate daily/weekly sales reports on open orders, allocations, credit holds, etc.
- Returns: Coordinate return authorizations, ensuring approvals, billing, and documentation meet standards.
- Relationships: Foster strong ties with Account Executives and customers, offering data-driven insights.
- Process review: Participate in weekly order book reviews to spot trends and optimise workflows.

✅ Direct-to-Consumer & Cross-Functional Support
- Order & inventory inquiries: Support cross-functional teams across DTC and other channels.
- Troubleshooting: Tackle delays in order completion with swift resolutions.
- ATS visibility: Maintain Available-to-Sell updates for internal teams.
- Employee programs: Manage DISCO and Purchase Program orders.
- Ad-hoc support: Provide reports and operational assistance as needed.
What You’ll Bring
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years in an international role, preferably within apparel, fashion, or luxury.
- Higher education qualification.
- Fluency in English required; German, French, or Italian a major asset.
