Sales & Operations Administrator

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and looking for a varied role where you can make a real impact?

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Roller Shutter Doors for commercial and specialist vehicles applications across the UK. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Operations Administrator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of the business, supporting both our sales and operational functions to ensure an excellent customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.
  • Coordinating with manufacturing and installation teams.
  • Monitoring orders and keeping customers informed of progress.
  • Supporting stock control, purchasing, and supplier communication.
  • Maintaining accurate records and business systems.
  • Providing administrative support across the sales and operations teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or operations support.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment.

Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
