The Role: What You’ll Do
Salesforce Administration & Support
- Provide day-to-day Sales Teams support for:
- CRM usage, reporting, and data accuracy.
- Managing opportunity lifecycles (project stages, close dates, vendor qualifications).
- Prepare Blue Sheets and Green Sheets, ensuring completeness and consistency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for:
- Sales forecasting.
- Pipeline visibility.
- Order intake tracking.
- Onboard and support new sales employees on systems and workflows, enforcing data standards.
- Eliminate duplicate accounts and maintain accurate account records.
Sales Enablement & Process Coordination
- Monitor quote activity and key deliverables, including:
- Customer commitments.
- Proposal timelines.
- Track sales KPIs and performance dashboards to:
- Provide visibility into team activity and results.
- Assist in project pipeline forecasting by ensuring:
- Opportunity data is current and aligned with business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to standardise and improve sales processes.

Sales Incentives & Bonus Management
- Administer the EMEA sales incentives programme, including:
- Tracking submissions.
- Validating eligibility.
- Coordinating approvals with line managers.
- Managing payouts.
- Liaise with Finance, Sales, and HR regarding incentives.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on sales bonus performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Support general sales organisation needs, including:
- Assisting with tasks from departing colleagues.
- Work closely with sales users to ensure:
- Data quality and process compliance.
- Collaborate with:
- Data scientists.
- Other business areas to interrogate data for actionable outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities
- Minimal travel expected; primarily office-based with hybrid flexibility.
- Commit to 100% adherence to zero-harm safety behaviours, supporting Weir’s safety-first culture.
What You’ll Bring (Must-Have Requirements)
- Strong analytical skills to handle large datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Commercial awareness including knowledge of sales cycles and pipelines.
