What You’ll Do
Salesforce Administration & Support
- Provide daily operational support to sales teams on CRM (Salesforce) usage, reporting, and data accuracy.
- Manage opportunity lifecycles, including:
- Updating project stages and close dates.
- Tracking vendor qualification documents.
- Generate and verify Blue Sheets and Green Sheets, ensuring completeness and consistency.
- Design and maintain dashboards/reports for:
- Sales forecasting visibility.
- Pipeline analysis.
- Order intake reporting.
- Lead onsite/remote onboarding for sales teams, enforcing data standards and system usage.
- Minimise duplicate accounts and maintain accurate, clean CRM data.
Sales Enablement & Process Improvement
- Monitor quote activity and critical timelines (commitments, proposal deadlines).
- Assess sales KPI performance via dashboards, providing visibility into activities/results.
- Collaborate on pipeline forecasting, ensuring opportunities align with business priorities.
- Drive process standardisation, identifying efficiency gains for sales operations.

Sales Incentives/Bonus Administration
- Oversee the EMEA sales incentives programme:
- Process submissions and validate eligibility.
- Coordinate approvals with finance, sales, and HR.
- Manage payouts in conjunction with line managers.
- Provide weekly/quarterly reporting on bonus performance for strategic insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
- Support work transition needs (e.g., tasks from departing colleagues).
- Ensure data quality compliance across sales workflows through user training.
- Work with data scientists and broader business teams to uncover actionable trends.
Additional Responsibilities
- Travel requirements: Minimal—primarily office-based with flexible hybrid arrangements.
- Safety commitment: adherence to zero harm behaviours and Weir’s safety culture initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Strong analytical mindset with experience managing large datasets.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, plus experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Salesforce or CRM experience—preferably in an administrative or analytical role.
- Familiarity with commercial/sales processes, including understanding of pipeline progression.
Nice-to-Haves
- Skill to interpret complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proactive, customer-focused attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborative ethos, paired with exceptional communication skills.
- Prior experience in sales operations, CRM admin, or Sales Ops support roles.
