Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Assistant to support our sales and operations teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our sales administration and warehouse operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within a dynamic business environment. The role requires strong organisational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various computer applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service & Sales Administration (~70%)

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers, managing incoming calls & emails;
  • Manage the full customer order journey, from order entry and confirmation to customer with product availability & updates, substitutions and delivery information;
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, handling proactively queries and complaints while ensuring timely follow-up and solutions;
  • Support smooth sales operations, including invoicing, credit note requests, customer records and day-to-day administrative tasks;
  • Coordinate closely with our food handlers and operations team and preparing order sheets.

Operations (~30%)

  • Support the Operations team with order preparation & packing;
  • Receive and check deliveries, assist with stock handling and help maintain an organised preparation area;
  • Provide hands-on operational support wherever needed to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Your Profile

We are looking for a positive, dynamic and customer-focused person who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

  • French speaking required;
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
  • Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Proactive, solution-focused and always willing to go the extra mile to support customers and the team;
  • A positive attitude with a hands-on approach and a genuine desire to contribute to a growing business;
  • Previous experience in the dairy or premium food sector would be a strong advantage.

Other Information

  • Permanent full-time position;
  • Monday-Friday, 40 hours;
  • Job is located near Earlsfield station (SW18 4SR);
