Active Silicon, part of Solid-State PLC, is seeking a proactive and organised Sales Operations Associate to join our growing commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine customer interaction, sales support, CRM management, data analysis and AI-enabled process improvement within a global technology business. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in AI, automation and building smarter ways of working. You will help us identify opportunities to improve how sales enquiries, quotations, CRM updates and commercial processes are managed, using AI tools and automation technologies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound customer enquiries
- Supporting quotations and sales administration
- Maintaining CRM data and sales pipeline information
- Supporting forecasting, reporting and order-book management
- Working with distributors and channel partners
- Helping improve processes through automation and AI tools
- Collaborating with Sales, Operations and Customer Support teams
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in technology, AI and process improvement
- Comfortable working with data and CRM systems
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer support, CRM, business operations or commercial support would be beneficial but is not essential.
