Sales Operations Associate

What You Will Do
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will support the commercial process that moves customer quotes from request through to delivery. This is an early‑career, hands‑on role offering structured training, close support from experienced colleagues, and clear opportunities to grow responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end‑to‑end quote process from initial customer enquiry through to quote submission and invoicing Assist with bid registrations on OEM platforms (such as Cisco CCW and equivalent tools), ensuring accuracy and timely submission Liaise with distribution partners to request pricing, track responses, and support competitive quote creation Build and maintain quotes in Sage X3 (or equivalent systems), ensuring correct pricing, part numbers, and commercial details Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of quotes, pricing data, and customer communications across systems Support reviews of completed quotes and projects to identify learning opportunities and process improvements Work closely with Account Management to help respond to customer questions relating to quotes, pricing, and timelines Assist with project invoicing and support Finance in resolving basic billing queries Develop product and solution knowledge across networking and audio‑visual hardware over time

Essential Criteria
Some experience or education in a business, commercial, or customer‑facing environment (degree, post‑secondary qualification, internship, placement year, or entry‑level role) Interest in sales operations, commercial processes, or working within a technology‑led business Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with pricing, data, and documentation Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance and support Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills A proactive and curious mindset, with willingness to learn, ask questions, and act on feedback Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment as part of a wider team

Desirable Criteria
Exposure to ERP, CRM, or quoting systems such as Sage X3 or similar Some familiarity with technology, hardware, networking, or audio‑visual products Experience in a reseller, VAR, or technology services environment (including internships or part‑time roles)
