About the Opportunity
Company Overview:
TENEX is an AI-native, automation-first, built-for-scale Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider. We are a force multiplier for defenders, helping organizations enhance their cybersecurity posture through advanced threat detection, rapid response, and continuous protection. Our team is composed of industry experts with deep experience in cybersecurity, automation, and AI-driven solutions. Backed by leading investors, we are rapidly growing and seeking top talent to join our mission of revolutionizing the AI-Native MDR landscape.
We're a fast-growing startup backed by industry experts and top-tier investors led by Crosspoint Capital Partners and also backed by Shield Capital, DTCP (formerly Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners), Deepwork Capital, and the Florida Opportunity Fund. Seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). As an early employee, you'll play a meaningful role in defining and building our culture in the region. Get in on the ground floor of TENEX's EMEA build-out — we're a small but well-funded team that just raised a substantial round, and joining now comes with limited risk and unlimited upside.
TENEX is scaling its EMEA go-to-market motion, and the regional field team needs an operational backbone. This role keeps the EMEA revenue engine running — clean CRM data, tight reporting, airtight Google and Microsoft partner registrations, and fast-moving paperwork across a multi-country, multi-currency region — so reps and channel partners can spend their time selling.
What You'll Do
- Sales support: Serve as the operational backbone for the EMEA field team — keep CRM hygiene tight, own reporting and dashboards, and free reps to focus on selling across the region's four pods (EU North, EU Central, EU South, MEA).
- Google & Microsoft deal registrations: Own the full registration workflow across Google Deal Reg, Services Reg, and Co-sell, and the equivalent Microsoft Partner Center deal registration process, so every TENEX opportunity is properly registered and protected with both hyperscaler partners. Directly tied to revenue and partner credit.
- Partner & channel operations: Support the EMEA Premier MSP and distributor network — managing distribution and omni-channel pipeline visibility, partner deal registration, and two-tier discount administration so channel deals move cleanly from registration to close.
- SOW support: Work with sales and delivery to build and turn around accurate SOWs so deals don't stall on paperwork, including region-specific contracting requirements.
- Deal & lead flow: Drive opportunities through the pipeline from first touch to close — managing lead routing, handoffs, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across direct and partner-sourced pipeline.
- Salesforce reporting & operations: Own campaign management, forecast reporting, executive dashboards, and activity reporting in SFDC, giving EMEA leadership a clean, real-time view of pipeline and performance.
- GTM campaign & marketing operations support: Work alongside the TENEX Marketing team to collate GTM campaign performance, reporting, and ROI tracking — connecting marketing-sourced pipeline back to revenue outcomes.
- EMEA dashboard reporting: Own and maintain EMEA dashboard reporting for the EMEA SVP, ensuring regional metrics roll up cleanly into TENEX's Global reporting tools and stay aligned with HQ standards.
- Deal desk / pricing & CPQ (future): Help manage pricing and discount approvals, support the deal desk, and assist with contract and CPQ work so quotes go out accurately and on time. (This becomes active once CPQ is in place — noted as future scope.)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
