We are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join the Global Business Solutions Monetisation Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to support sales operations, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day sales operations support, including account queries, contracts, and billing setup.
- Manage book of business activities such as account transfers, data hygiene, and access management.
- Support sales performance processes including incentives, tracking, and approvals.
- Maintain training materials, documentation, and internal knowledge resources.
- Identify process gaps and support improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Systems teams.

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth or rapidly evolving environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience using data to generate insights and communicate key messages across the organisation, influencing decision-making.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM or BI tools is a plus.
