Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for a Sales Operations Associate to join their business in the UK.

We are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join the Global Business Solutions Monetisation Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to support sales operations, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day sales operations support, including account queries, contracts, and billing setup.
  • Manage book of business activities such as account transfers, data hygiene, and access management.
  • Support sales performance processes including incentives, tracking, and approvals.
  • Maintain training materials, documentation, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Identify process gaps and support improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Systems teams.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth or rapidly evolving environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience using data to generate insights and communicate key messages across the organisation, influencing decision-making.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to independently multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM or BI tools is a plus.
