SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
For over 40 years some of the biggest names in sport & fashion have trusted our client to design, develop, manufacture and sell their clothing & accessories around the world. Their extensive brand portfolio includes globally recognised names. Due to ongoing growth within the business, we are looking to expand our team to support increasing account activity and operational complexity. The sales operations role supports the Account Managers by owning day-to-day sales execution and coordination for assigned retail accounts.
Responsibilities
This role ensures accuracy, timeliness and communication across the order lifecycle - from order entry to delivery to customers. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Manage customer order sheets on excel and SAP, ensuring all details are accurate and include retailer-specific requirements.
- Ensure orders are handed over to the logistics and sourcing teams and proactively escalating any delays.
- Support in set up for customer meetings.
- Support account managers on additional styles for customers, liaising with Design to ensue all requests have been met and SKU detail and data is correct.
- Provide customers with information required for internal systems and ticketing.
- Liaise with Sourcing to update customers on production sample arrival.
- Work with customers and sourcing team to ensure factories use correct labelling for product and packaging adhering to the production CP
- Prepare available to sell reports for account managers to review
- Send monthly shipping reviews to customers to allow them to raise orders on core product.
- Split out orders on the system and communicate orders to production team.

Order Book Management
- Reconcile orders placed with factories with customer purchase orders - highlight any discrepancies and communicate any changes to buyers.
- Track orders with production team and issue weekly Critical path to buyers. Propose and agree actions for any late deliveries. Ensure sales orders are updated.
- Action monthly order book reconciles between internal systems and customer order books and resolved any differences.
- Liaise with Bangladesh team and logistics to ensure orders are handed over successfully.
- Support finance on any invoice discrepancies.
Reporting & Data Management
- Collate information to support the account manager in building strategies by brand/customer.
- Preparing key information for monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Maintain accurate pricing in SAP.
Management and Development
- Review processes and suggest/implement improvements.
- Work towards clearly set and agreed objectives, taking ownership to achieve.
Skill and Competencies
Personal Attributes/Skills
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Very good attention to detail and diligent.
- Confident working with large volumes of data.
- Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic industry.
- Efficient and organised in a very fast paced environment.
- Ability to prioritise successfully and meet key deadlines.
- Problem solver and analytical thinker.
- Excellent communicator and confident working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident on Excel.
