Your mission Hello and welcome! We are so glad you stopped by. That is exactly where you come in. Curious what this role is all about? Let us dive right in: Support the Sales Team with end-to-end contract and sales order execution, from contract countersignature all the way through to payment receipt. Work closely with Sales and Legal Teams to manage sales contracts efficiently and accurately. Coordinate across Production (HQ), Logistics, Project, and Sales teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery. Be the key point of contact for customers on topics including lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery updates. Gather and compile regular analysis reports - including shipment reports and sales forecasts - on a weekly and monthly basis. Issue commercial invoices and collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to follow up on payment collection on a weekly basis. Manage credit insurance lines and monitor payment risk across shipments. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across teams, functions, and locations to improve planning, reporting, and processes. Your profile Sounds exciting, right? Now, here is what your ideal background looks like to truly thrive in this role: Prior experience in the solar industry and/or in a sales operations or coordination role is a strong plus. International business knowledge or hands-on experience working in cross-border environments. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field. Excellent communication skills - you are clear, proactive, and a natural connector. Strong analytical mindset with solid data analysis skills. Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, with the ability to keep things smart and simple. English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken); Mandarin Chinese is a welcome plus. Why us?
