Sales Operations Director

The Sales Operations Director will provide sales data and insight necessary for the UK&I executive to effectively manage the business. They will deliver high-quality presentations supported by source data.

Key stakeholders will include:

  • Chief of Staff
  • Managing Director of Growth
  • Executive Managing Director
  • Sector Operation Director
  • Technology Solutions Sales Operation Director
  • Practice leaders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales performance analysis: analyse and provide insight on UK&I’s sales status with four layers: UK&I, Sector, Practice, Individual
  • Pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy: continuous improvement on pipeline hygiene and management and establish operation to enhance order intake accuracy
  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly executive reporting: UK&I sales performance (actual vs forecast) with insight, narrative and action plans.
  • Global SalesOps alignment: support global SalesOps team’s mission to implement their initiatives and toolsets to UK&I

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

Experience

  • 10+ yr experience in Sales Operations with a profound understanding of the IT Service sales process and language, and acumen in numbers
  • Working in a complex organisational structure to engage and manage stakeholders from different teams to deliver outcome
  • Executing efficient and effective pipeline management and hygiene
  • Enhancing organisational sales performance and delivering management-level sales insight through data-driven analysis
  • Data-driven effective reporting and communication at C and C-1 level with concise, yet rich in narratives
