Sales Operations Executive
About Us
The Role
The purpose of the Sales Operations Executive role is to manage the client journey of sales opportunities for both new and existing clients through the sales pipeline process within Salesforce (including digital marketing inbound monitoring). Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring up-to-date pipeline management
- Maintaining the correct status of all sales processes
- Preserving data quality on all Salesforce records
- Supporting the client onboarding process as required
- Contributing to the overall achievement of Ambitious Growth targets within the Azets UK Pathway
This role requires close collaboration with peers such as Business Development Directors, Partners, and other growth-oriented colleagues to drive the Sales and Growth agenda effectively.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure all LeadsGo sales leads are accurately and timely recorded per SLA, with appropriate conversions in Salesforce
- Provide a dynamic service to the ‘Person Leading The Sale’ by sending their sales pipeline reports monthly and arranging pipeline management calls (with follow-up actions updated timely and accurately)
- Maintain a high standard of data accuracy for pipeline updates, aligning with SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the sales opportunity pipeline accurately reflects the status and value of all opportunities
- Support the Regional Business Development Director in preparing the regional growth plan
- Close sales (both Closed Won and Lost) to the agreed standards to maintain data quality in the integration between CCH and Salesforce
- Assist in sales reporting processes as required
- Support the client onboarding team to ensure processes meet SLA standards
- Conduct targeted research on prospects and clients, managing proactive touch points for organic business growth
- Address all inbound leads promptly, update them in Salesforce, and provide additional research on such leads when needed
- Work closely with marketing to maximise event potential, ensuring attendee/opportunity tracking in Salesforce campaigns and following up in BD meetings or offices
- Other duties as needed to ensure the Sales Operations team fulfils objectives under the Azets UK Ambitious Growth pillar

Skills & Experience
- Ability to collaborate respectfully across all stakeholders within the business
- Solid understanding of sales principles, including ability to make sales calls to clients and prospects
- Strong data management skills, with familiarity in documenting sales progress in LeadsGo, Salesforce, TOCA, and new platforms important to the client journey
- High attention to detail to preserve data integrity and quality in Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing client service excellence when interacting with internal stakeholders
