We’re looking for a well organised and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to join our team in London. In this role you will keep our merchant data accurate, bring new merchants live, and make sure every deal and page is working as it should, with real ownership from day one and a clear view of how the whole commercial operation runs. Key responsibilities Own merchant records: keep merchant information accurate and up-to-date across our internal systems, reflecting any commercial change quickly and correctly. Support merchant onboarding: bring new merchants onto the platform, manage the setup from start to finish, and check everything works before they go live. Run quality checks: review merchant deals and pages regularly to confirm they display and function correctly, and flag anything that needs fixing. Maintain content, pages and access: keep placements current and aligned to business needs, and keep shared account credentials organised so the right people have access at the right time. Connect teams and improve processes: keep Commercial, BI and Operations aligned, and spot repetitive tasks worth automating to reduce day-to-day errors. About you Strong attention to detail and takes pride in keeping information accurate and well-organised. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and picking up new tools and systems quickly. A good communicator who is happy to collaborate with different teams and flag issues when they spot them. Eager to learn and proactive in taking ownership of tasks without needing to be chased. Methodical in your approach, you like to follow a process, spot inconsistencies, and see tasks through to completion. You thrive when working as part of a team Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Have excellent written and verbal English skills Last but not least, you’ll have no ego! What you’ll Gain Hands-on experience in sales operations and commercial processes. A broad understanding of merchant management, from onboarding through to quality assurance. Development in attention to detail, problem-solving, and cross-team communication.
