Sales Operations Lead – Fast-Growing Fintech

About the Role

A fast-growing fintech is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to support its expanding commercial function.

Working closely with Sales leadership, you’ll help improve sales performance through stronger forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting.

This is a hands-on role focused on:

  • Driving sales effectiveness
  • Optimising CRM adoption
  • Providing the insight needed to support continued growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales leadership with:
    • Forecasting
    • Pipeline management
    • Performance reporting
  • Own CRM effectiveness, driving:
    • Data quality
    • Adoption
    • Reporting accuracy
  • Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into:
    • Sales activity
    • Pipeline health
    • Conversion rates
  • Analyse sales performance to identify:
    • Trends
    • Risks
    • Opportunities
  • Improve sales processes, including:
    • Operating rhythms
    • Reporting for greater consistency and accountability
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology to enhance:
    • Commercial processes
    • Reporting
  • Create greater visibility across the customer journey, from:
    • Lead generation
    • To onboarding
    • To client activation

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Operations role supporting a B2B sales organisation
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms, ideally:
    • Microsoft Dynamics
    • Salesforce
  • Experience managing:
    • Sales forecasting
    • Pipeline reporting
    • Sales performance analytics
  • Advanced skills in:
    • Power BI
    • Excel
  • Ability to translate commercial data into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership to:
    • Improve sales performance
    • Boost operational efficiency
  • Experience within:
    • Fintech
    • Payments
    • FX
    • Banking Or another fast-paced B2B environment would be advantageous.
