Sales Operations Manager
Commercial Sales Coordinator (Textiles & Fabrics) – Leeds City Centre

We’re partnering with a globally recognised fabrics manufacturer in Leeds City Centre, offering an impactful opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for textiles and commercial leadership.
The Opportunity
Join a small, collaborative team where your organisational, process improvement, and commercial expertise will be vital. This role transcends traditional sales admin—you’ll have real influence and visibility, working alongside the Head of Sales to optimise performance across the global network.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Leadership
- Manage a team of Sales Coordinators, including leading daily huddles and weekly sales meetings.
- Ensure clear communication and accountability across the international sales network (UK, US & Europe).

Commercial Coordination
- Track sales targets and performance with precision.
- oversee CRM system maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and insightful reporting.
- Allocate leads, manage customer follow-ups, and coordinate sample distribution.

- Process Improvement
- Drive efficiency by introducing enzhancing systems and workflows.
- Support data-driven commercial decisions with analytical rigour.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales coordination, commercial operations, or sales support leadership.
- CRM proficiency preferred: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Freshsales.
- Strong reporting and Excel skills, with an ability to analyse and improve processes.
- Exceptional organisational skills—juggling multiple priorities with clarity.
- Highly commercially aware, with leadership communication skills (senior engagement included).
- Proactive and solutions-focused, continually seeking process efficiencies.
