Sales Operations Manager

We're looking for a highly organised, commercially focused Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our recruitment business. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring our consultants have the systems, processes, training and support needed to maximise performance.

You'll lead our sales operations, technology, reporting, learning & development, internal recruitment, compliance, supplier relationships and business improvement initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and consistency across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment and enjoys combining strategic projects with hands-on operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Technology

  • Own and optimise the recruitment technology stack (CRM, sequencing tools, job boards and reporting platforms).
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, automations, integrations and user support.
  • Deliver system training, create user guides and drive adoption of best practice.
  • Monitor recruitment platform usage, licences, ROI and job advertising activity.

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Manage sales reporting, targets, competitions and gamification initiatives.
  • Produce KPI, pipeline and performance reports for leadership.
  • Analyse productivity, conversion rates, rebates and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
