Sales Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead and manage a team of Sales and Business Development (BDM) professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring KPIs are achieved, and delivering against agreed sales and business development targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10+ Sales and BDM staff.
- Set clear performance expectations and ensure team KPIs and targets are consistently achieved.
- Monitor individual and team performance, activity levels, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve results.
- Motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance.
- Analyse sales data and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Improve sales processes, systems, and workflows to maximise team efficiency.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing a Sales, Business Development, or Commercial team.
- Experience managing teams of 10 or more staff is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Commercially focused with excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and performance reporting tools.
- Ability to analyse data and turn performance insights into action.
