SALES OPERATIONS SENIOR ASSOCIATE

What You Will Do

In this vital role you will lead Sales Operations and CRM excellence for the UK/Ireland business, driving sales force effectiveness through strong territory management, data governance, reporting, and incentive operations.

You will act as the subject matter expert for the Veeva CRM platform, partnering with sales leadership, brand teams, and global stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, optimize commercial processes, and support strategic decision-making through accurate data and performance analytics.

Own and manage the UK/Ireland Veeva CRM platform, customer master data, and territory management processes. Lead territory design and sales cycle planning activities, including POA and segmentation/targeting processes, in partnership with sales leadership. Manage CRM system enhancements, user training, and relationships with Global CRM teams and external vendors. Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and KPI reporting to deliver customer engagement, marketing, and sales performance insights. Ensure data integrity by validating data accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and translating business requirements into reporting solutions. Lead operational delivery of sales incentive plans, including scheme design, payout validation, governance, compliance, and periodic effectiveness reviews.

What We Expect Of You

We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. What we seek in you as an experienced professional, are these qualifications and skills:

Degree educated Experience in sales operations, commercial excellence or analytics within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences industry Experience supporting sales force effectiveness activities including cycle planning, targeting, segmentation, territory management and incentive compensation processes Strong commercial operations judgement, with an understanding of how sales operations decisions influence field behaviour, customer targeting, brand execution and business performance Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional priorities and timelines Clear and effective communicator, able to simplify complex information for non-technical audiences Proactive, detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative working style Strong knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Veeva CRM, with experience managing large datasets and maintaining data quality and governance Advanced Excel and Tableau (or similar BI tools) skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
