Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented Sales Operations Senior Lead who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Demand & Supply team, this role plays a critical part in enabling sales success through data-driven insight, performance analysis, and operational excellence.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to optimise sales performance, improve processes, and unlock growth opportunities for global advertisers. This is a highly impactful role that sits at the heart of our commercial strategy—helping to shape how we measure success, identify opportunities, and scale effectively.

What you’ll be working on
- Analyse and interpret sales performance data, providing clear insights to identify growth opportunities across clients and categories
- Develop a deep understanding of sales performance, running regular deep dives and working sessions with sales teams to drive improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Product, to design and deliver dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Own and evolve sales performance reporting, ensuring stakeholders at all levels have access to accurate, actionable insights
- Monitor and evaluate key sales KPIs, using data to inform decision-making and future strategy
- Support sales planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Optimise sales processes, identifying efficiencies and improving ways of working across teams
- Shape the future of sales tooling, including CRM systems and data infrastructure, by defining requirements and driving enhancements
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a sales operations, analytics, or consulting role, ideally within a media, retail media, or advertising environment
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to support revenue growth through data and insight
- Experience partnering with sales teams and senior stakeholders to influence decision-making
- Solid understanding of the digital or retail media landscape
- Excellent data analysis and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
