Sales Operations Associate - Tech Recruitment
Location: London
Salary: £28,000
Working Pattern: 4 days per week in the office
Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level
About the Role
We are looking for an organised, commercially minded Sales Operations Associate to support the performance and efficiency of our team.
Working directly with the Head of Finance & Data, you will help deliver accurate sales analytics, maintain strong data standards, improve processes, and ensure our CRM and wider technology systems are used effectively.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and people, and who wants to build a career within sales operations, commercial operations, or revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Head of Finance & Data to provide timely sales analytics, including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across the CRM and wider sales technology systems
- Assist regular reporting covering revenue, pipeline, activity, conversion rates, and individual performance
- Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis
- Assist the driving of productivity through lead enrichment, pipeline management, and innovative analytics
- Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within sales and recruitment data
- Contribute to the creation and development of dashboards
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and eliminate manual tasks
- Monitor CRM usage and support consultants in maintaining high data standards
- Support the onboarding and training of employees on internal systems and processes
- Assist with sales campaigns, lead lists, market mapping, and business development activity
- Work with external technology providers to resolve system issues and implement improvements
- Complete general commercial and operational projects for the leadership team

About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Sheets
- Commercially aware and interested in sales performance
- Confident communicating and working with employees at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Able to identify problems and suggest practical improvements
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset

Previous experience within sales operations, recruitment operations, data, administration, or a similar commercial support role would be beneficial
Desirable but Not Essential
- Experience using CRM platforms, ideally SourceWhale or Loxo
- Previous experience within recruitment, consulting, or professional services
