Sales Support & Operations Coordinator
Weybridge, Surrey (Hybrid)
£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits
Our client is a leading global technology and managed services provider. They are looking for a Sales Support & Operations Coordinator to join its growing UK team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded operations professional who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, finance, and project delivery. You'll play a key role in supporting the sales lifecycle, managing commercial documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering accurate reporting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales administration including quotations, contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, and project completion
- Maintain CRM and sales systems, ensuring accurate lead and customer data
- Support contract management, billing processes, and customer invoicing
- Produce weekly, monthly, and annual sales and performance reports
- Assist with forecasting revenue, profit, and business performance
- Monitor budgets, analyse variances, and provide commercial insights
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to support successful project delivery
- Provide administrative and operational support to the wider sales team

About You
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, ideally in a project-based environment.
- Solid understanding of project accounting, financial controls, and revenue/cost recognition principles.
- Good use of MS Office (Especially Excel)
