Sales Operations Specialist

Sales Operations Manager

Serve First CX

The Sales Operations Manager at Serve First CX is responsible for driving operational excellence across the sales and business development functions. This role ensures sales teams have the right processes, data insights, tools, and performance frameworks to scale client acquisition while improving pipeline efficiency and enabling data-driven revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Process & Pipeline Management

  • Design and optimise end-to-end sales processes (lead generation, deal progression, handoff).
  • Monitor and optimise pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and deal progression.
  • Implement structured sales stages and consistent workflows for SDRs, Account Executives (AEs), and leadership.

2. CRM & Data Management

  • Oversee and maintain CRM (HubSpot or equivalent), ensuring data accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
  • Take ownership of sales tools (e.g., Apollo), enforcing correct usage across teams.
  • Build real-time dashboards for lead visibility, deal tracking, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ensure high adoption rates of CRM usage among SDRs, AEs, and leadership.

3. Reporting & Insights

  • Track critical sales metrics: conversion rates, deal size, sales cycle length.
  • Provide weekly/monthly insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Identify trends to improve sales performance and pipeline quality.

4. Forecasting & Revenue Planning

  • Support accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline projections.
  • Identify pipeline risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales targets and business planning.

5. Sales Enablement

  • Assist with SDR and AE onboarding, ensuring consistent sales execution.
  • Align sales messaging and positioning across the team.

6. Lead Generation & Performance Support

  • Track outbound metrics (calls, emails, meeting booked rates).
  • Optimise lead qualification criteria and targeting for better efficiency.
  • Improve the marketing-to-sales handoff process.

7. Cross-functional Alignment

  • Partner with Operations for seamless client onboarding.
  • Work closely with Marketing to refine lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Finance on pricing, profitability, and forecasting.

  • Qualified meetings booked
  • Pipeline value growth rate
  • Conversion rates across all sales stages

  • Forecast accuracy
  • CRM data integrity, adoption, and hygiene

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4–8+ years in Sales Operations or a comparable function.
  • Experience working with outbound sales teams.
  • Proven ability to optimise processes and analytics.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • HubSpot expertise is mandatory.
  • Process-driven and highly detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong commercial awareness.

  • HubSpot (essential)
  • Google Sheets/Excel
  • Apollo (sales intelligence tool)
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
