What we need: The Sales Operations Specialist is an established performer that works to facilitate and support the Sales functions in a variety of areas to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This role will be responsible for supporting Sales with key information, tools, training, etc., to ensure the Sales team operates efficiently and sales processes are executed smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Single point of contact responsible for intake of sales inquiries and providing operationally sound and customer-focused solutions from inception to resolution.
- Act as a liaison between Sales and internal departments and external service providers to resolve issues.
- Work to be a subject matter expert in the designated sales area regarding various sales operations processes and initiatives.
- Collect and provide relevant information and communications to assist and support Sales with selling initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analytics by compiling data on sales performance, customer trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Conduct basic market research to gather information on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences to provide insights to the Sales teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales support function and recommend implementation enhancements to streamline sales support processes.
- May assist with the creation of sales proposals and presentations by collaborating with the sales teams.
- May assist with onboarding and offboarding process of sales team members.
- Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 2-4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
What you're good at:
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
