About the Job: Sales Operations Specialist
Job Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist at Serve First CX owns the reporting and enablement backbone of the sales function, turning CRM and pipeline data into the dashboards, forecasts, and insights leadership needs to make decisions - and ensuring the sales team has the tools, training, and messaging to act on them. You are the single source of truth for sales performance data, and the person who makes sure that data drives action.
Serve First CX runs deep on HubSpot and Claude. This role requires genuine HubSpot expertise, not just familiarity, and comfort using Claude as part of the daily reporting and enablement workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot for real-time visibility on leads, deals, revenue, and forecasts.
- Track key sales metrics: conversion rates, deal size, sales cycle length, pipeline velocity.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance insights to leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Use Claude to accelerate reporting - synthesising HubSpot data into leadership-ready summaries.
- Support revenue forecasting and pipeline projections; flag risks and propose mitigations.
Sales Enablement
- Onboard SDRs and Account Executives on HubSpot usage, Claude-assisted workflows, and sales processes.
- Maintain consistency in sales messaging and positioning across the team.
- Equip reps and leadership with the training, playbooks, and tools needed to hit performance targets.
- Translate reporting insights into coaching points and process improvements.

CRM & Data Management
- Own HubSpot as the core CRM, ensuring pipeline hygiene and data accuracy.
- Manage sales tools, including Cognism, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Enforce CRM usage and data standards across SDRs, Account Executives, and leadership.
Sales Process & Pipeline Support
- Maintain standardised sales stages and workflows to keep reporting data clean and comparable.
- Monitor pipeline progression and flag bottlenecks for leadership and the team.
Cross-functional Alignment
- Share lead quality and funnel data with Marketing to improve handoff and targeting.
- Provide pipeline and forecast data to Finance to support pricing and profitability decisions.
- Align with Operations on data needed for smooth client onboarding.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reporting accuracy and timeliness (weekly/monthly)
- Forecast accuracy
- CRM data completeness, adoption, and hygiene
- Dashboard usage by leadership
- SDR/AE ramp time and enablement satisfaction
- Pipeline value, conversion rates, and sales cycle time
Qualifications
Experience
- 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar reporting/enablement-focused role.
- Track record of building dashboards and reporting frameworks used by leadership.
- Experience onboarding or enabling sales teams (SDRs/AEs).

Skills & Competencies
- HubSpot expertise is essential - advanced, hands-on experience with pipelines, workflows, reporting, and dashboards, not just familiarity.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to speed up reporting and enablement work.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable turning raw data into clear insights.
- Experience designing training or enablement materials.
- Process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across functions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, particularly with leadership.
Tools & Systems
- HubSpot (advanced level), Claude, Cognism, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Clean, structured CRM pipeline supporting reliable reporting.
