What You'll Be Doing

Process daily sales orders and quotations accurately, including electronic order handling. Support all aspects of sales activity to help achieve team and company targets. Prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements. Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring efficient and professional resolution. Build strong relationships with Internal Sales teams. Escalate issues promptly to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager. Proactively support the business, including working shift patterns as required.

What You'll Bring

Ability to speak to customers on the telephone Strong attention to detail Results-oriented with excellent organisational skills. Effective time management and prioritisation skills. Customer-focused with strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Numerate and confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
