Sales Operations Support - Sales Operations Europe (m/f/d)
Location: Preferred Gernlinden, all Europe remote possible
Our new team member will provide operational support to EDC Sales Operations Team, assisting in Sales Operations projects, system and tool rollouts, and process improvement initiatives.
This role reports directly to the Director Sales Business Operations.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Supporting the Director Sales Operations on initiatives to improve productivity and effectivity of sales organisation
- Directly assisting the Regional Sales Operations Managers in processing inbound requirements from sales teams
- Actively manages assigned Sales Operations projects, system and tool rollouts, plus process improvement initiatives
- Assists in the development, rollout, and maintenance routines for the Sales Operations SharePoint platform
- Contributes to develop and maintain the FAQs, documentation, and guidance materials to support branch requirements
- In conjunction with key stakeholders, works on required development and deployment of defined training material

What You Bring To Us
- Experience in Sales, Operations, or a process‑oriented role
- Strong foundational understanding of sales operations, processes, and international distribution business model
- Structured, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- High service orientation and enjoyment in supporting internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as being a strong team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English at C1 level (mandatory)
- Additional European languages are an advantage
