The Opportunity
This is your chance to join a dynamic, supportive team and build a foundation in both travel and operations from the ground up.
As an Assistant Travel Executive, you'll work closely alongside experienced Travel Executives and Senior Travel Executives, quickly developing hands-on knowledge of what it takes to deliver exceptional experiences to our Scott Dunn guests. This will involve assisting in ensuring accurate guest documentation, bookings, and communications with suppliers, meaning you will play a genuine role in bringing our guests' dream trips to life.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
- Assist the Sales Operations and Sales teams in verifying booking details and ensuring accuracy in guest documentation.
- Confirm all holiday arrangements, supplier bookings/invoices are correct and ensure guest documentation is completed to the highest standard.
- Help prepare and send documentation to guests (electronically and via the Scott Dunn app).
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm booking arrangements and update records.
- Build your knowledge of luxury travel standards and Scott Dunn's operational processes as a foundation for progression.
About You

- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively
- Strong organisational skills and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Interest and understanding of luxury service and guest expectations
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
- Genuine passion for luxury travel would be beneficial

Location
We aim to find someone who would be office based in our London, Hammersmith office.
