Sales Order Processor - Dropship (12 month FTC)
The role of Dropship Sales Order Processor is now available with RKW Ltd.
This position is available on an immediate start – and although initially offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, there may be opportunities for the role to be extended or become permanent, subject to business requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, taking ownership of accounts, and working in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Direct Dispatch department.
What You'll Be Doing -
As a Dropship Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing your own customer accounts and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing designated customer accounts and building strong working relationships
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Setting up products and maintaining customer and product data
- Managing pricing structures and ensuring information remains accurate
- Arranging returns and processing credit notes
- Handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service
- Managing customer portals and associated administration
- Liaising with Account Managers and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining account records and completing day-to-day account administration
- Supporting colleagues across the team during busy periods and holiday cover

What We're Looking For –
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A positive, flexible and proactive approach
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A team-focused attitude and a desire to support colleagues
