GlowUp Digital is a bespoke web design studio based in Bath and Bristol, creating high performance websites that do more than look great. We help businesses attract more customers, build trust, and grow online. We combine handcrafted design with technical precision to create fast, modern websites that convert visitors into customers, rank well on search engines, and are built to last. Every project is tailored to the goals of the business with no templates or one size fits all solutions, and every website is delivered directly by our founders to ensure a personal and transparent experience from strategy through to launch and ongoing support.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for ambitious people who want to grow with us. This is a flexible, performance driven role where the effort you put in has a direct impact on your earning potential and future opportunities. We will provide the training, tools, lead lists, and support. All you need to bring is confidence, motivation, and a genuine desire to help businesses succeed.

The Opportunity

The Role

We're not just looking for someone to make calls or send emails. We're looking for someone who wants to learn how to build relationships, create opportunities, and help grow a real business.

From day one, you'll work closely with our founders and learn the systems, strategies, and communication skills we use every day. We'll teach you how to spot opportunities, approach business owners with confidence, handle objections naturally, and book high quality meetings. These are valuable skills that apply far beyond this role and can benefit you in sales, business, marketing, or even if you decide to start your own company one day.

Your main responsibility is simple: introduce businesses to GlowUp Digital, start genuine conversations, and book discovery calls for our team. You won't be expected to negotiate prices or close deals. Instead, you'll focus on creating opportunities while continuously improving your skills with our support and feedback.

This role is designed for people who are curious, ambitious, and willing to learn. If you're the type of person who enjoys improving every week and likes the idea of seeing your progress reflected in your results, you'll fit right in.

Previous experience in sales, outreach, or business development is a bonus, but it isn't essential. We believe the best communicators are created through curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to learn. If you bring the right mindset, we'll help you develop the skills.
